SpaiR 533fc7f979 [API] Refactor Drag & Drop api 
In Java we can easily bind our payload to an object. 
This is a more flexible approach, than using byte arrays so the last one was removed.

ImGuiIO used a legacy way to access the native struct through `ImGui::GetIO()`.
Refactored to use ImGuiStruct, so to make API consistent.
