device-pine64-pinephone: remove megapixels dependency

Megapixels served us well for a long time, but it hasn't actually worked on the PinePhone since GTK 4 removed support for OpenGL ES 2.0 well over half a year ago by now. It's not clear to me whether this will be fixed somehow. Furthermore, on GNOME UIs and Cosmic we do install the Snapshot camera app which does work on the PinePhone albeit with very bad performance.
