WIP: main/postmarketos-ui-wine: new aport

Introduce a postmarketOS UI that boots directly to wine desktop. Inspired by Hikari. Tested in QEMU. Known issues: Network doesn't get set up by default, must log in to tty and run sudo setup-interfaces sudo ifup eth0 Ideas: * Introduce Fex and support running on ARM64 * Pre-configure wine (fetch gecko and mono, install useful stuff ootb) Signed-off-by: Caleb Connolly <caleb@postmarketos.org>
