main/postmarketos-ui-sxmo: eg25-manager workaround

Sxmo's modemmonitor doesn't play nice with eg25-manager. Until this is fixed properly, add a workaround to disable eg25-manager if sxmo is installed. Related: https://todo.sr.ht/~mil/sxmo-tickets/156
