A custom Home Assistant integration forked from the official Anthropic integration, with added support for a custom base_url parameter.

Features

All features from the official integration, plus:

• Custom Base URL: Configure a custom API endpoint (e.g., a proxy, a compatible LLM API, or a self-hosted endpoint) via the base_url field in the config flow.

Installation

1. Copy the custom_components/anthropic_custom folder to your Home Assistant custom_components directory.
2. Restart Home Assistant.
3. Go to Settings → Integrations → Add Integration and search for Anthropic (Custom Base URL).
4. Enter your API key and optionally a custom base_url.

Configuration

Field	Required	Description
api_key	Yes	Your Anthropic API key
base_url	No	Custom base URL for the Anthropic API (e.g. https://my-proxy.example.com)

Notes

• If base_url is left empty, the default Anthropic API URL is used.
• This integration uses domain anthropic_custom and will not conflict with the official anthropic integration.
